- GRAND PRIZE: There will be one (1) Grand Prize Winner. The Grand Prize Winner, upon the Administrator’s confirmation of eligibility, will have a choice between a 2019 Ford F-150 with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) $45,000 or $30,000 Cash Option (“Grand Prize” or “Prize”). The value of the Prize set forth above represents Sponsor’s good faith determinations of the ARV thereof and such determinations are final and binding and cannot be appealed. If actual value of a Prize is lower than the stated ARV when a Prize is procured and fulfilled, then the difference will not be awarded. NOTE: No substitution, assignment or transfer of the Prize is not permitted, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute the Prize with another of equal or greater value.
Notes:
Note #1: Exterior of auto will have a custom wrap. The interior and exterior colors, the wrap and all vehicle options (if any) are the Sponsors’ sole discretion. Sponsor not responsible for maintaining removing or replacing the wrap or for any damage or wear and tear to the wrap.
NOTE #2: If the Grand Prize Winner selects the 2019 Ford F-150 he/she must travel to Dallas, TX (the “Location”) to take possession of the Prize. The Sponsor will provide a $1,000 travel stipend to cover one (1) airline ticket and one (1) night hotel accommodations. The Sponsor is not responsible to provide the travel stipend if the Winner resides within 150 miles of the Location).
NOTE #3: If the Grand Prize Winner selects the 2019 Ford F-150 he/she understand and agrees that the Prize ceremony be videotaped/photographed. Rights to any Prize ceremony video/photo belong solely to the Sponsor and can be used in any media at their sole discretion.
