Notes: Included on the entry form is a questionnaire that will require you to include your own donut flavor idea (using the predefined drop-down components of (i) donut flavor, (ii) glaze, and (iii) topping) on the page along with providing a creative donut name and reason why you are an Entenmann's donut fan in 500 words or less (each entry form with completed questionnaire, a Challenge Entry). Donut flavor name provided must be no more than fifty (50) characters in length. - Entries must be in English only. Challenge entry will be judged by two separate judging panels.
