One (1) Grand Prize consisting of: Up to $25,000 cash or check -- PRIZE DETAILS/RESTRICTIONS: In the Sponsor’s sole discretion, the $25,000 prize will be paid in the form of cash and/or as one or more checks as reimbursement to the winner for Qualified Wedding Expenses. A “Qualified Wedding Expense” is an expense that is (1) specifically related to the winner’s wedding, including but not limited to attire, ceremony, reception venue and catering, photography, entertainment, and honeymoon, but specifically excluding all forms of alcohol; (2) related to a wedding that occurs no earlier than the date the winner entered the contest; (3) related to a wedding that occurs no later than December 15, 2021. If the winner’s wedding takes place after Drawing Date, the winner must submit copies of receipts and signed contracts (where applicable) for the expense within 60 days of their wedding date. If the winner’s wedding took place after the date of entry but before the Drawing Date, receipts and contracts must be submitted within 60 days of the Drawing Date. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, has full and final authority in determining whether any purchase is a Qualified Wedding Expense for purposes of this Giveaway. In order to be reimbursed for Qualified Wedding Expenses, the winner must also submit a valid marriage license naming the selected winner as a party of a marriage that was issued on or after the Giveaway Start Date and within 18 months from the Drawing Date to the Sponsor. The “Remaining Balance” is the difference between the prize amount ($25,000) and the total receipts for Qualified Wedding Expenses received by the Sponsor. After December 15, 2021, any Remaining Balance is forfeited.
